We're looking for a Brand Strategist who sees the big picture without losing sight of the detail. You'll shape narratives, define positioning, and help clients discover what makes them genuinely different in a world full of noise. Working closely with our creative and design teams, you'll translate business objectives into brand frameworks that resonate — from early-stage startups to established names seeking reinvention.

We believe great design is felt before it's seen. As a UI/UX Designer at Aeris, you'll craft digital experiences that are both beautiful and effortlessly functional — where every pixel and interaction serves a purpose. You'll work on a diverse range of projects from brand websites to complex product interfaces, always maintaining our studio's commitment to craft and intentionality.

We're building the next generation of web experiences in Framer, and we need someone who knows the platform inside and out. You'll take our designs from static files to living, breathing websites that push the boundaries of what's possible. This is a contract role with potential to go full-time. You'll be embedded in our product team, working directly with designers and strategists to deliver exceptional websites.

At Aeris, graphic design is more than aesthetics — it's communication with intention. As a Graphic Designer, you'll create visual work across print and digital that reflects our clients' brands with precision and poetry. You'll work across a wide range of deliverables: brand identity systems, editorial layouts, social content, pitch decks, and environmental graphics — always held to the highest standard of craft.

Words are the invisible architecture of a brand. As our Content Marketing Specialist, you'll develop and execute content strategies that position Aeris as a leading voice in the design and creative industry — across our blog, social channels, newsletters, and client work. This is a part-time role (~20 hours/week) with flexibility to evolve. We're looking for someone with a genuine love of craft, both in what we make and in how we talk about it.

Great creative work lives and dies on execution. As Project Manager at Aeris, you'll be the connective tissue between strategy, design, development, and our clients — ensuring projects move with precision, purpose, and good energy. You'll oversee multiple concurrent projects, build processes that enable creativity rather than constrain it, and serve as the point of trust for clients navigating complex creative engagements.
