As a UI/UX Designer at Aeris, you'll craft digital experiences that are both beautiful and effortlessly functional — where every pixel and interaction serves a purpose. You'll work on a diverse range of projects from brand websites to complex product interfaces, always maintaining our studio's commitment to craft and intentionality.
What you'll do
Design end-to-end user experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into design decisions
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Champion accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
What were looking for
4+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of motion design and interaction principles
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
Ability to work autonomously and communicate design decisions clearly
